Dr. Ceasar McDowell heads eTp and is also Professor of the Practice of Community Development at  MIT and founder of MIT’s Community Innovation Laboratory and the Center for Reflective Community Practice.

Jacqui Lindsay is Director of Global Partnerships at eTp. She is founder of  Innovation by Design and brings over two decades of experience as an organizational, leadership development, and strategy consultant working with organizations, communities, and leaders across sectors committed to social and systems change informed by and accountable to the publics they serve.

Elsa Zuniga serves as the eTp Operations and Technology consultant.  She is an MIT educated, PMI certified project manager who enjoys helping people get important things done.

Paul Somers is the eTp Artist Director.  He is a designer, educator, artist  and founder of Somers Studio, a Chicago based  design + illustration studio. Somers Studio takes an  intelligent and pragmatic approach to solving design challenges using research, strategy, and insight to deliver the highest level of visual and conceptual impact.
